Pierre is an old school maître D'. Passionate about his profession. He has been working in restaurants for over 40 years, starting his career in bistros in Paris followed by
L’ Escargot de Montorgueil before moving to England in 1986. He has worked for famous restaurateurs Raymond Blanc, Michael Gill, Tim Hart, Marco Pierre White, Guiliano Lotto, Alain Ducasse and The Cipriani family who brought him to Monaco in 2012.
Pierre’s career has been been supported by a strong family foundation. It is with their help that Chez Pierre is here today.
With two of his sons Marco and Luca working at his side sharing his experience and passion for his profession feels very special.
